For students, postgraduates, and teachers from Ukraine, UNICEF Ukraine offers five popular grants for studying at foreign universities.
That’s according to the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, Ukrinform reports.
“Hundreds of scholarship programs are annually opened for students, postgraduates, and teachers in different countries of the world. UNICEF Ukraine offers five popular European grants that give you the chance to study at the university of your dreams,” the statement reads.
The Ministry of Reintegration has published a list of scholarship programs at European universities that Ukrainians are offered to apply for:
Chevening – a master’s program funded by the British government. The scholarship covers tuition and provides an opportunity to learn about the culture of the United Kingdom. Enrollment kicks off in August;
Fulbright – a program for students, faculty, and scholars, supported by the U.S. government. In addition to studying, there is an opportunity for research. Applications can be submitted until May 16;
Eiffel Excellence Scholarship – a program for master’s and doctoral students in any field of knowledge, funded by the French government. The enrollment campaign is opened in the fall. Master’s students under the age of 25 and doctoral students under 30 can apply;
Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships – a program for masters and doctoral students, funded by the Swiss government. Two types of scholarships are offered – research and art. Recruitment begins in early August;
Holland Scholarship – a program supported by the government of the Netherlands. Students can get a bachelor’s or master’s degree. The application deadlines are May 1 and June 1, 2023.
