NTU «KhPI» lecturers presented the innovative ecosystem of Polytech at the University of Dresden

Director of the Startup Center «SPARK» of NTU «KhPI», Professor of the Department of Management Nataliia Shmatko, professor of the department of management Anna Kopteva and head of the department of general economic theory, associate professor Nataliіa Volosnikova held an offsite seminar at the Dresden University of Technology (Technische Universität Dresden). The visit was held as part of the DAAD program «Digital Ukraine III». During the seminar, the sustainable innovation ecosystem of Kharkiv Polytechnic and its team headed by the rector of the university, professor Yevgen Sokol, and the vice-rector for research, professor Andrii Marchenko, were presented. As a result of the event, agreements were reached to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between NTU «KhPI», Dresden University of Technology and West Ukrainian National University. 

The offsite seminar was aimed at cooperation and knowledge exchange in the field of digital technologies, intensification and support of education between German and Ukrainian universities, creation of a network of startup incubators between universities, etc. As a result of the project, agreements were prepared to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute», the Dresden University of Technology and the Western Ukrainian National University.

Professor of the management department Oksana Makovoz and associate professor of the management department Maryna Karminska-Belobrova made efforts to discuss issues related to the development of cooperation between the three universities.

Lecturers of NTU «KhPI» also took an active part in the international conference series GeNeMe 2024 Communities in New Media (25 – 27 September 2024 in Dresden, Germany).
